Hazan is an Electrical and Electronics engineer with Bachelor and Master degrees from the highly prestigious Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey. Hazan has spent 18 years in the Aerospace industry, specializing in Avionics and Systems Engineering, all the while progressing in leadership roles in Turkey, Japan and Germany. Hazan currently owns and runs her own Global Aerospace Engineering business in Germany and Turkey. Hazan is passionate about empowering women and advocates by promoting and mentoring women in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths. Hazan continues to build and grow her business alongside her husband, Udaya Silva, as they travel the World for business and pleasure.
