Our Story
The Journey of BLU
The journey of BLU started in 1996 when we started EMTEQ, an Aerospace Manufacturing company. EMTEQ grew from a start-up, to having 7 locations in 4 continents with 660 valued team members at the time of sale. After our exit in 2014, STUCK Coaching was created between Paul Schulls, Jim Harasha, and Jerry Jendusa. STUCK Coaching impacted many cohorts and companies through operating systems and leadership development for business growth.
In our progression for further impact, STUCK Coaching was purchased by BREAKTHRU in 2022. Shortly afterwards, BLU was created with BLU Champions to help high-performing entrepreneurs and their teams through leadership development, and time-activated operational planning and execution. We work with industries including manufacturing, services, sports and entertainment and more.
