Jerry Jendusa
People & Process Champion
Jerry is very passionate about developing and growing people and businesses through the use of processes. He believes in activating the growth of others to accelerate what they do to impact their teams, businesses, and the World. After his successful exit from his basement start-up of 18 years (“the EMTEQ story”) in 2014, he has gone on to help support and develop other businesses. He is inspired by leadership and entrepreneurism and shares his journey over his 30+ year career to help others.
Jerry is the majority owner of the BREAKTHRU Family of Companies — Ardent, Vendura, and Xiogenix — where he channels his passion for helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential. He is also the visionary behind The BREAKTHRU Multi-Family Office, which brings clarity and purpose to the intersections of family, work, and money. The family office helps individuals and families organize their wealth, manage complexity, and prepare for what’s next — always with care and discretion.
Beyond his business interests, Jerry actively supports entrepreneurship and youth development. He serves as an advisor to the UWM Lubar Center for Entrepreneurship’s “Entrepreneur in Residence” program, a judge for the Ernst & Young “Entrepreneur of the Year” (2019–2025), and Executive Producer of “Project Pitch It”. He, his wife Becky, and their family provide philanthropy endeavors around kids, mental and behavioral health, and entrepreneurialism. They are involved with Make-A-Wish Wisconsin’s “Mukwonago for Wishes” program, Children’s of Wisconsin, the Lubar Entrepreneurship Center, and the Pat Connaughton Foundation and more.
Jerry and Becky have a blended family of 7 and two dogs: Blaze and Poppy. They love to hike, exercise, and enjoy the great outdoors that the state of Wisconsin, the country, and the World has to offer. They want to celebrate life every single day.
