Marie is the Principal of Growth Stratagem LLC. She has over 25 years of experience in business-to-business markets working with small and mid-sized companies to build and execute strategic and scalable growth with a timeline to results. Marie has looked under the hood of over 1000 companies and through that brings to each client a “meet you where you are at” philosophy. Her diverse business management, advising, and consulting background includes strategic business planning, growth planning, strategy execution, market and competitive intelligence, sales, and operations all scaled to each client’s business stage and needs.

In addition to various consulting roles, Marie has also worked as a business unit manager for a small manufacturer turning around an integration and automation product line sold into the food and beverage market. No matter the role throughout her career, she has interacted, facilitated, and collaborated within diverse owners and management teams helping them to drive strategy, growth, innovation, and profitability. Her innate superpower is combining both strategy (seeing around corners) and action (when do we start) into one package with the result being to get to the next business level faster using an achievable and repeatable process.
