Milwaukee Bucks player Pat Connaughton is a two-sport professional athlete and NBA Champion, who was selected in the MLB draft in 2014 and NBA draft in 2015. He is also Co-Founder and CEO of real estate development company, Three Leaf Partners, headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with the mission of connecting professional athletes with business executives through the vehicle of real estate.

Connaughton started the Pat Connaughton Foundation in 2016 and uses its three pillars – clinics, courts, and character to carry out its mission of increasing the access to athletics for the next generation of student athletes. “PCF” offers an unrivaled experience that teaches translatable life skills such as work-ethic, teamwork, leadership, accountability, discipline and how to develop a competitive edge on and off the court. The foundation has donated 6 courts with 2 underway, and in the last 8 years, has held 17 clinics and impacted 18,477 student-athletes.

He was recently honored as the 33rd Vince Lombardi Award of Excellence recipient – an award that recognizes individuals who capture the spirit of commitment and pursuit of excellence.
