Pat is a results-oriented leader who has owned and operated multiple businesses as well as served on Senior Leadership teams in both Sales and Operations. His previous experiences in a leadership capacity include leading regional and national teams of between 5 and 50 professionals for organizations with revenues between $2M and $100M in a variety of industries including technology, construction, power and utilities, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail.

Pat and Lori have been together for 14 years and have 5 adult children. They live in Oconomowoc, WI and enjoy visiting their children throughout the Country, traveling with friends and family, weekend cruising and UTV’ing and spending time at their cabin in North Central Wisconsin.”
