“Paul has over 30 years of diverse professional experience in different industries from orthopedic, neurological and psychological therapy, healthcare administration, organizational development, and business coaching. Throughout his business career, he has developed systems, processes and methods used to increase the growth of both businesses and their talent. He led Organizational Development at EMTEQ Aerospace for 8 years, where he helped build and deliver leadership curriculum as well as assisted in the creation of an internal business growth operating system that yielded incredible results and an exit.

In 2015, BREAKTHRU Coaching was formed by Paul, Jerry Jendusa, and Jim Harasha that offered the leadership development and growth strategies used to grow EMTEQ. Here, Paul acted as the lead coach. With the acquisition of BreakthrU Coaching and the start of BLU, Paul serves as a BLU Champion and is enjoying using BLUs plentiful tools, processes and content to further help his clients develop leaders and grow their businesses.
