Rick is a Teacher with 15+ years of experience. In the classroom, he developed a leadership series for high school students he calls A Leader’s Mindset. His class now exists at two of the biggest schools in the state of Wisconsin. He has consulted with countless other schools to assist them in creating similar courses for their communities. His work in the field of Education has recently led to a nomination for the national Life-Changer Award.

Rick also has 20+ years of coaching experience. As a head basketball coach he has led his teams to 5 conference titles, 8 elite-eight appearances and 3 final fours. He has multiple Coach of the Year awards and was recognized by the Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association in 2019 with their Coaching Achievement Award. He has also served as a Mental-Skills Coach for numerous teams in various sports such as football, volleyball, baseball, track and lacrosse. His most extensive experience as a Mental Skills Coach is with the Carroll University Women’s Basketball Team. He has worked with them the last 5 years and they’ve built their championship culture.

Rick believes strongly in giving back to the community that helped raise him. Him, his wife Laura and their 5 children reside in Mukwonago.
